M2M is now Measure to Manage, a brand more aligned with our multi-sector activity, which reflects our evolution as a technology, data and smart management company.
“Our new positioning is to turn data into valuable information. In addition, we are expanding our portfolio with a robust line of products for Public Lighting, such as sensors and cameras that can be installed directly on existing networks, with no need to modify the infrastructure. We also continue with our traditional solutions, such as remote units and NICs, which remain highlights,” says Ronaldo Sousa, Strategy Director of M2M.
New markets and new solutions
The new positioning also brings the expansion of our markets and solutions:
- Sensors and cameras for Smart Cities, in partnership with Liveable Cities, connected via NEMA standard, with monitoring of critical areas and public events, real-time or on-demand images, integration with platforms such as Milestone and Genetec (ONVIF standard), intrusion detection and traffic counting
- NOX CG, a Group Control solution that allows simultaneous control of luminaires through the NOX Manager platform, works with or without NOX Smart Lighting and enables the energy balance of circuits when integrated with NOX
- Ultrasonic water meter, in partnership with AXIOMA Metering, with a service life of up to 16 years without maintenance, remote reading via NFC, wM-Bus and NB-IoT and real-time leak detection.
International benchmarking
In April, M2M accompanied Sabesp on an international benchmarking mission, with visits to AXIOMA Metering, in Lithuania, and to the water utility Alfa Varese, in Italy, to see first-hand the solutions and smart meters that are already transforming water resource management in other countries.
